You can submit a request for manufacturing defects, warranty concerns, damage discovered at delivery, or issues covered under your protection plan.
Simply fill out the service request form with your contact information, order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. This helps our team review your request quickly.
Once submitted, our service department will review your request within 2–3 business days. If parts or manufacturer approvals are required, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Many of our manufacturers offer warranties on construction, frames, mechanisms, and upholstery. If you purchased a protection plan, additional accidental coverage may apply.
Photos aren’t required, but they help us diagnose the issue faster and determine the best next steps.
Clearance items are sold as-is and do not carry a warranty, so service requests for these items are not eligible.
Yes. However, damage that occurs during or after pickup transport is not covered.
