Stacy Furniture would like to thank you for allowing us to assist you with your home furnishing needs. We understand you have many options when purchasing furniture, therefore our friendly and professional delivery staff will strive to continue to make your experience with us exceptional. To help us serve you better, we have provided below our delivery and pickup policies.
Our delivery department will call you two (2) days prior to your delivery date advising you of your three (3) hour time frame. Unfortunately, we cannot accept time requests due to the daily delivery volume. However, at your request we can arrange for our delivery drivers to call you on their way to your home or up to one (1) hour prior to arrival, as their schedule permits. If our delivery team arrives at your home and you are not at home to receive your merchandise there will be an additional $50.00 redelivery charge.
All merchandise being picked up MUST be paid in full at a store location (Grapevine, Allen, or Plano), prior to pick-up at Stacy Furniture Distribution Center in Flower Mound. No payments can be accepted at Customer Pick-Up location. If you choose to have us assemble the furniture, you must call at least one (1) hour prior to pick-up. If Guardian protection is applied, we will repackage in plastic wrap.
Customers will need to bring extra padding and tie-downs, Stacy Furniture & Design does not supply either one and is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the furniture or your vehicle after leaving our dock.
